My journey in joinery began when I was just 15 years old. I was fascinated by how raw timber could be shaped into something useful, beautiful, and lasting. That spark pushed me into the workshop, where I started learning the trade from the ground up.

I spent ten years in my first job, starting with simple tasks—keeping the workshop tidy, making endless cups of tea, and even the occasional sausage sandwich for the team. Those early years taught me an important lesson: every job, no matter how small, plays a part in the bigger picture. Over time, I built up my skills, learned from experienced craftsmen, and developed a deep appreciation for the precision and patience that joinery demands.

After that, I spent another ten years working as a bench joiner. This was where I truly honed my craft. Every day, I worked hands-on with timber, creating pieces that required accuracy, creativity, and care. Those years gave me the confidence to know that joinery wasn’t just my job—it was my lifelong passion.

In 2021, I took a leap of faith and started my own business. It began with just me, a small garage space, a few tools, and a big determination to create something special. From those humble beginnings, the business has grown into a bespoke joinery company I’m proud to call my own. For me, it’s never just about making furniture or fittings—it’s about crafting pieces that reflect the passion I’ve had since I was 15.
